On 13 August 2015, Alkarama brought again to the attention of the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (WGAD) the case of Rami Shaher Abdel Jalil Al Mrayat, a Jordanian citizen arbitrarily detained in the United Arab Emirates since 19 November 2011.

On 15 July 2015, Alkarama sent a communication to the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (WGAD) concerning the case of a 23-year-old salesman arrested in 2004 and sentenced to 15 years in prison on the sole basis of confessions obtained under torture and following an unfair trial. Hamo Hassani is still currently held it the prison of Tiflet, 50 km east of Rabat.

On 23 July 2015, Alkarama submitted a communication to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the promotion of truth, justice, reparation and guarantees of non-recurrence (SR Truth) concerning the case of Abderrahmane Ould Ahmed, an activist still threatened and persecuted by the Mauritanian authorities for his fight against the impunity of the perpetrators of the Inal massacre of black Mauritanians in the early 1990s.

On 5 August, Alkarama sent an urgent appeal to the United Nations Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances (WGEID) regarding the disappearances of Mahmoud Saleh Mohammed Ali and Hassan Saleh Ahmed Mohammed respectively arrested by Egyptian security and police forces on 7 June and 5 July 2015.

On 4 August 2015, Alkarama, in cooperation with Al Wissam Humanitarian Assembly, sent a communication to the United Nations Committee on Enforced Disappearances (CED) regarding the case of Omar Al Samarrai, a 39-year-old Iraqi citizen who disappeared following his arrest by the "Al Hussam" Brigade in December 2007. Since his arrest, Al Samarrai's family has been constantly blackmailed by members of the security services who have been asking for money in exchange for his release.

On 3 August 2015, Alkarama sent an urgent action to the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (WGAD) regarding the case of Eyad Qunaibi, a 40-year-old pharmacology professor who is known for being a prominent political critic, particularly active on social media.

On 29 July 2015, Alkarama, in cooperation with Al Wissam Humanitarian Assembly, sent an urgent action to the United Nations Committee on Enforced Disappearances (CED) regarding the case of Juma Al Dulaimi, a 51-year-old Iraqi citizen who disappeared following his arrest by the Security Forces in June 2014 in the city of Al-Mahawil, located 100 km south of Baghdad in the Babil Governorate.

On 5 August 2015, Alkarama called upon the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (WGAD) to intervene with the Egyptian authorities regarding the sentencing by Ismailia Military Court of Seif Al Islam Osama Shousha, a 16-year-old boy, to three years in prison and a 50,000 Egyptian pounds fine on 4 August.
