On 24 September 2015, Alkarama sent an urgent appeal to the United Nations Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances (WGEID) regarding the disappearance of 17-year-old Khaled Mohamed El Beltagy following his abduction by the Security Forces on 22 September 2015.

On 23 September 2015, Alkarama and Al Wissam Humanitarian Assembly sent a communication to the United Nations Committee on Enforced Disappearances (CED) regarding the case of four men who disappeared following their arrests in the surroundings of Baghdad between May and November 2014.

Alkarama welcomes the release, on 22 September 2015, of Palestinian teenager, Amer Bajawi, who had been sentenced by an Israeli military court for "throwing stones" two months earlier.

On 23 September 2015, Alkarama sent an urgent appeal to the United Nations Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances (WGEID), regarding the respective abductions of Taalat Hosni Quranu Ali Al Sharkawy and Abdelrahman Mohammed Abdelbasser by the Homeland Security and the Central Security Forces in August and September 2015.

On 8 September 2015, Alkarama sent a communication to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions (SR SUMX) regarding the case of 27 members of a same family killed by an air strike launched by the Saudi-led coalition on Yemen in May 2015.

On 3 September 2015, Alkarama sent and urgent appeal to the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (WGAD) regarding the case of nine media workers abducted by armed Houthi forces from Sana'a's Dream Castle Hotel on 9 June 2015 and disappeared since their transfer to an unknown location the following month. It is suspected that the reason behind the victims' abduction is that all of them had previously documented human rights violations committed by Houthi forces.
