On 23 September 2015, Alkarama and Al Wissam Humanitarian Assembly sent a communication to the United Nations Committee on Enforced Disappearances (CED) regarding the case of construction worker, Salam Al Dulaimi, who disappeared in December 2013 following his arrest in the city of Al-Baghdadi by members of the Iraqi Federal Police.

On 8 September 2015, Alkarama sent a communication to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions (SR SUMX) regarding the case of 27 members of a same family killed by an air strike launched by the Saudi-led coalition on Yemen in May 2015.

On 3 September 2015, Alkarama sent and urgent appeal to the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (WGAD) regarding the case of nine media workers abducted by armed Houthi forces from Sana'a's Dream Castle Hotel on 9 June 2015 and disappeared since their transfer to an unknown location the following month. It is suspected that the reason behind the victims' abduction is that all of them had previously documented human rights violations committed by Houthi forces.

On 22 September, Alkarama sent a communication to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment (SRT) regarding the case of Ahmed Raafat Al Sayed Ali , a 20-year-old student who was arrested by the General Investigations in May 2014.

On 17 September 2015, Alkarama sent an urgent appeal to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Independence of Judges and Lawyers (SRIJL) regarding the arrest and detention of the head of the legal team defending nearly 500 individuals sentenced in Egypt's biggest mass trial of civilians before a military court. 54-year-old lawyer, Abdelmaksoud Ahmed Abdelmaksoud El Damanhoury was arrested by the Homeland Security in Damanhour in September 2015.

On 18 September 2015, Alkarama sent an urgent appeal to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities, Catalina Devandas Aguilar, regarding the case of Ali Mustafa Ahmad Hanoon, a blind Palestinian Imam held in administrative detention since his arrest in May 2014.

On 15 September 2015, Alkarama requested the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (WGAD) to issue an Opinion declaring the arbitrary character of Osama Al Najjar's detention.
