On 8 April 2015, Alkarama sent an urgent appeal to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, arbitrary and summary executions (SR SUMX), regarding the imminent execution of six Egyptian citizens sentenced to death for crime they could not have committed since they were secretly detained in the infamous Azouli military prison when the events occurred.

On 9 February 2015, Alkarama provided the Committee against Torture (CAT) with a list of 64 issues to be raised by the United Nations experts with the Bahraini authorities during their consideration of Bahrain's initial report.

On 5 March 2015, Alkarama and Human Rights Guardians sent a communication to the United Nations Working Group on Enforced Disappearances (WGEID) regarding the case of Abdel Muti Ibrahim, a Syrian citizen disappeared since his arrest by members of the Syrian army in Salqin, on the northwest

On 2 April 2015, Alkarama sent an urgent appeal to United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture (SRT) regarding the case of Mohammed Ali Hassan, a 31 year-old Egyptian journalist working for Egyptian News Network (ENN). He has been subjected to various acts of torture since his arrest in December 2014 and is currently on an open-ended hunger strike, putting his life at risk.

On 23 March 2015, Alkarama submitted its report in view of Oman's upcoming Universal Periodic Review (UPR), which will take place in November 2015 during the 23rd session of the UPR Working Group.

On 16 March 2015, Alkarama and Human Rights Guardians sent a communication to the United Nations Working Group on Enforced Disappearances (WGEID) concerning the cases of Mohamed and Walid Ramadan and Abdul Rahman Al-Rifai, who disappeared since their respective arrests at a checkpoint in Homs by members of the Air Force

On 19 March 2015, Alkarama sent an urgent appeal to the Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression (SR FRDX) on the case of Dar Al Watan Journalism Printing and Publishing Company, which has been subjected to reprisals, including the withdrawal of its licence and the closing of its premises for political reasons.

On 1 April 2015, Alkarama and Human Rights Guardians sent a communication to the United Nations Working Group on Enforced Disappearances (WGEID) concerning the cases of Samir Obaid and Ammar Faraj, two Syrian nationals disappeared since their respective arrest by members of the Syrian intelligence services in the coastal city of Jableh

On 23 March 2015, Alkarama submitted its report on Mauritania's human rights record to the United Nations Human Right Council (HCR) in view of Mauritania's Universal Periodic Review (UPR) on 3 November 2015.
